the location was excellent and good, close enough to shops and restaurants close-by and eateries and restaurants centers and easily accessible. the staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating all the time.

The room is beautifully designed and spotless with clean bathroom, everything is EXCELLENT. There is a coffee and tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and a cooker.

I truly enjoyed its new-fashioned and tidy rooms.

The hotel was located right by eateries and shops and the center of Johannesburg and Birch Tree. That property was in a good location, in the lovely garden with beautiful plants. Explored Olivedale Corner, that is located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Perfect and excellent location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Even the Lanseria International airport was not so far, 22 minutes drive away. The rooms were fashionable and new-fashioned with clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with savoury dishes.

Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

My stay at Birch Tree Cottage exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even staying up late to check me in. I felt welcomed and cared for during my entire stay. The breakfasts were delicious and the conversations with the host were both interesting and enjoyable. Although a car was necessary to reach the center of Johannesburg, I appreciated the peacefulness of the area. I highly recommend Birch Tree Cottage for a comfortable and homely stay.

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was new-fashioned and tidy. Truly enjoyed a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area in the room.

Thank you very much all for a perfectly pleasant stay in winter with electric blankies. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The breakfast was delicious and ideal, the check in was early. The location was excellent in a very quiet area, right by restaurants centers and shopping centers and Close to shop's and Randburg.

Nothing that i didn't like!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the self-catering unit, exceeding all expectations. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and eateries, making it a great value for money. Additionally, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

We had a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds were cozy and had electric blankets for chilly nights. The self catering kitchen was fully equipped and even had a braai stand provided. The location was quiet and peaceful with lovely garden views from the big windows.

The security of the family unit could have been better, although the bedroom area was secure. The lack of a heatpump aircon made the hot days a bit uncomfortable.

They made sure to provide us with extra blankets and electric blankets during our winter visit, ensuring we felt warm and cozy. Secondly, the location was excellent for getting to our meetings in Northriding, making it convenient for our business trip. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with spacious and clean bathrooms. All of these factors made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

During our stay, we were delighted with the hotel's prime location near a hospital and several shops. The room was comfortable, with electric blankets to keep us warm on cold days. We particularly enjoyed the braai stand for our family gathering. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of Netflix access. All in all, a cozy and welcoming environment with lovely touches.

While the hotel had almost everything we needed, there was one thing that didn't meet our expectations.
